Xavier is an all-in entrepreneur who has founded, scaled, and exited businesses through marketing & sales since age 17. This makes him a sought-after investor, board member, C-level coach and advisor. When he started angel investing 10 years ago, he quickly realized that his commercial know-how drives value in investing more than anything. With a passion for the Next Generation, he serves on the board of Sigma Squared Society, where he shares his knowledge with a global network for the most ambitious founders under 26.

VERA BAKER

Former political fundraiser turned investor and #1 start-up supporter.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Vera looks back on a successful entrepreneurial background in political fundraising and strategy in Washington D.C. More than a decade ago, she moved to Paris plunging into the French Tech ecosystem. She joined Afrostream, a YC-backed company shortly after it finished the S15 batch. Quickly establishing herself as a key figure in the Paris’ tech scene, she has taken several operational and advisory roles in startups and accelerators since. In 2020, she began angel investing as an Atomico Angel and she has now grown a portfolio of 30 impact startups in Europe and the US. Today, she is the investing partner of 4P CAPITAL’s early-stage strategy.

LAURENT-F. LOHMANN

Well-connected ex-impact founder & operator, public speaker, and mentor turned purpose investor.

Laurent is the connector in the European Startup ecosystem. He is a fellow at Included VC, a Venture Partner at EWOR, the founder and operator of various impact companies, and a conference moderator by now famous for being the face of START at his Alma Mater in St. Gallen. His entrepreneurial experience gives him a differentiated view on deals and his expertise in sales and business development a unique value-add to our portfolio companies.

PAUL GREITEMANN

Political scientist from Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University.

With early exposure to impact venture capital investing, Paul has found his passion in teaming up with founders who build technological solutions that counter climate change. Besides his role at 4P, he served as Vice President of the BDE Sciences Po and previously held leadership roles at the Global Research and Consulting Group (GRC). At 4P CAPITAL, he focuses on early-stage investing as part of the investment team.
